GENE Motion Blocks adds a 3D Ring gallery block to the WordPress block editor (Gutenberg). Arrange your images on a rotating 3D ring — a real 3D image gallery / carousel — with depth-aware lighting and an optional floor reflection. It is CSS-native first, ships its own tiny JavaScript, loads nothing from third-party CDNs, and falls back gracefully — so it never breaks your pages and never hijacks the scrollbar.

- 3D Ring — a rotating 3D gallery of your images with depth-aware lighting and an optional floor reflection. It can auto-rotate, tilt toward the cursor, and be spun by dragging, scrolling or the arrow keys. Built on CSS 3D transforms, which Safari, Firefox and Chromium all support.
Never-break by design. The block degrades to a plain, responsive image gallery when 3D transforms aren’t supported, when motion is reduced (prefers-reduced-motion), or when JavaScript is off. Your images are always visible.
No libraries, no lock-in. No jQuery, no GSAP, no slider library, nothing loaded from someone else’s CDN. The block’s front-end script only loads on pages that actually use it, so it stays fast. Deactivate the plugin and your content stays as native markup.
Great for: photo galleries, product showcases, portfolios, team or logo carousels, and any place you want a 3D image gallery that looks premium without a heavy slider plugin.

Installation
- Install and activate the plugin.
- Edit a page or post, open the block inserter, and look for the GENE Motion category.
- Add the 3D Ring block, choose your images, and publish.

Is this a 3D gallery or a carousel?

Both — the 3D Ring arranges your images on a rotating ring in real 3D, so it works as a 3D image gallery, a 3D carousel, or a coverflow-style slider, depending on how you use it.

Does the 3D Ring slow down my site?
