WP-SlidesJS adds wp-slidesjs<\/code> shortcut function to WordPress in order to create Slides JS<\/a> slideshow from posts of a category.<\/p>\n\n

Usage<\/h4>\n\n

Place [wp-slidesjs]<\/code> shortcode into anywhere in the post or a page. You can use the following to specify the posts to show:<\/p>\n\n

  • category_id<\/code>: ID of the category to show posts from\nor<\/li>\n
  • category_slug<\/code>: slug of the category to show posts from\nor<\/li>\n
  • page_id<\/code>: id of the page to show\nor<\/li>\n

  • post_id<\/code>: id of the post to show<\/p>\n\n

    and (optional)<\/p><\/li>\n

  • limit<\/code>: limit the number of the posts to show<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Example 1:\n [wp-slidesjs category_id=12 limit=6]<\/p>\n\n

    This will create the slider from the last 6 posts of category #12. You'll going to have 6 slides this way.<\/p>\n\n

    Example 2:\n [wp-slidesjs page_id=3,211,1389,1121 ]<\/p>\n\n

    This will create the slider from pages #3, #211, #1389 and #1121. You'll going to have 4 slides this way.<\/p>\n\n

    The number of sliders per page is unlimited.<\/p>\n\n\n

    1. Upload contents of wp-slidesjs.zip<\/code> to the \/wp-content\/plugins\/<\/code> directory<\/li>\n
    2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins<\/code> menu in WordPress<\/li>\n
    3. Fine tune the settings in Settings<\/code> -> wp-slidesjs<\/code> menu in WordPress<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
